Building the schedule is drag and drop, with reusable templates and assignment recommendations. The tool flags scheduling conflicts and handles shift swaps between colleagues, so you no longer arbitrate every change yourself.

On the time-tracking side, staff clock in from their phone or a terminal installed on site, with optional GPS restrictions. Timesheets fill in automatically and then export to your payroll software. Reports show labour cost, target hours and coverage gaps before they turn into a problem.
