Guesty is a vacation rental management platform. You centralise your listings, reservations, guest messages and accounting in one place instead of juggling Airbnb, Booking.com and a spreadsheet.

The channel manager syncs more than 60 distribution platforms, including Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com. Calendars, rates and availability stay aligned with no double entry.

Three plans by size: Lite for 1 to 3 listings, Pro for 4 to 199, Enterprise beyond 200. Prices start at $9 per listing per month. Only Lite is self-serve; Pro and Enterprise go through a quote. A 14-day free trial is available on Lite, and you can subscribe monthly or annually.

Worth noting: billing is per listing, so the cost climbs mechanically with the size of your portfolio.
